- First, bring up the USB cable that came with your printer and use it to connect the printer and computer.
- Do note that this USB connection is only for a while. We will remove it once the WiFi connection establishes.
- Then, turn on your printer.
- Connect your computer to a WiFi network.
- Now open a browser and go to this Epson Setup Navi official website.
- In the search box, type in your printer model and click Search.
- On the next page, click the Let’s get started button.
- In some models, you will see some graphics and stuff before you can proceed further. Just Skip it.
- You will then get to this page where you can Download the Epson Setup Navi app for your particular printer model.
- Download and run that setup file.
- Keep following the on-screen instructions.
- At one time, you’ll come across this window where you have to choose Change the connection method only option.
- Click WiFi connection.
- Proceed with the Printer and Computer option.
- After that, you’ll come to this window where the actual WiFi setup will happen.
- The Epson Setup Navi app will connect the printer to the WiFi network to which your computer is currently connected.
- Once the connection establishes, simply remove the USB cable.
Yay!!! You did it. Your Epson printer is now connected to WiFi.

Other Methods to Connect Epson Printer to WiFi
- If you have a touchscreen printer, go to General Settings > Network Settings > WiFi Setup Wizard.
- Similarly, if you have Epson Smart Panel compatible printers, download the Epson Smart Panel application on your Smartphone to do it.
WPS Push Button Method to Connect Epson Printer to WiFi
- First, press-hold the printer’s WiFi button until the corresponding light starts blinking.
- Then, do the same with the router’s WPS button until its corresponding light starts blinking.
- Wait for a while until both lights stop blinking. It means your printer is now successfully connected to WiFi.
